    We make every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not sold or delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using our sites, you represent that you are over the age of 21. Happy Hour Liquor works to ensure that alcohol beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using the sites, you represent that the person placing an order, picking up the order in one of our stores (contactless curbside pickup), or receiving a shipment or delivery of alcoholic beverages from us (where permitted) is over the age of 21.

    If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to obtain or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, we may take action to prevent you from accessing the sites and report your misrepresentation to the appropriate authorities.


    If you would like your item delivered or shipped to you we will contract with a third party carrier on your behalf to ship; by requesting delivery of your order you authorize us to do so. We are not responsible for any breakage or damage of items by the carrier and you are responsible for all insurance as well as shipping costs in accordance with our shipping policies. We make no representations as to your legal rights to ship or import wine from the state in which you reside or into any other state; you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, obtaining all necessary licenses or permits, and paying all tax or other amounts due.

    In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the Happy Hour Liquor warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

    If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit of up to 85% of the items value minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
